This policy explains what personal information Ramco Art ("we", "us") collects on ramco-art.com (the "Website"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We wrote it to comply with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), and, where relevant, with the EU GDPR.

What we collect
Information you give us
• When you place an order: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details.
• When you use the contact form: name, phone number (with country code), email, and your message.
• When you join the mailing list: your email address.
You are not legally required to give us any of this information. Without it, though, we cannot process your order, reply to you, or send you our newsletter.
Payment details: payments are processed by PayPal. Your card or PayPal details go directly to PayPal and are never stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically: when you browse the Website, we and the tools listed in section 4 collect technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, the page you came from, and how you interacted with the pages.

• To send you newsletters and offers, only if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To measure and improve the Website and our advertising, including showing you our ads on other platforms.
• To prevent fraud and to comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records.

• Microsoft Clarity – Usage analysis, including heatmaps and session recordings (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling). Text you type into form fields is masked.
• WordPress / WooCommerce hosting provider – Website and order data storage
These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Some of them store information on servers outside Israel, mainly in the United States and the EU. By using the Website you acknowledge this transfer, which we carry out in line with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations.
We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
• Order and invoice records: for as long as required by tax and accounting law, generally 7 years.
• Contact enquiries: for up to 24 months.

• ask us to correct or delete it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or out of date,

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. EU residents may contact their local data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (SSL) connection. No system is completely secure. If a security incident creates a real risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
