ABOUT RAMCO
Growing up with ADHD, I experienced the world as a constant flow of thoughts, images, details, ideas, and unexpected connections. What sometimes felt like noise eventually became something else: a way of seeing. Art became the place where all of it could exist together.
I am a self-taught digital and mixed-media artist. I never followed a traditional path into art, and I was never taught to create according to a defined set of rules. My visual language developed through years of experimentation, curiosity, and an instinctive attraction to color, people, popular culture, technology, and the contradictions of modern life.
My work is often dense, layered, and full of movement because that is how ideas exist in my mind.
Faces meet memories. Typography collides with color. Familiar cultural references are taken apart and rebuilt into something personal. I am drawn to the moment when fragments that should not necessarily belong together suddenly become one image.
What once made it difficult for me to focus on one thing became an ability to notice many things at once. That became one of the foundations of my art.
Technology is part of my process, but it is only a tool. What matters to me is the emotion, tension, and energy that remain when the work is finished.
Every RAMCO artwork begins with the same instinct: to take everything happening inside my head and transform it into something visual, physical, and impossible to experience in exactly the same way twice.
I am not interested in creating art simply to fill an empty wall.I want to create something that makes you stop. Something you notice from across the room, then discover differently when you come closer. Something you can live with for years and still find something new inside…
