These terms govern your use of ramco-art.com (the "Website") and your purchases on it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Orders and payment
• Prices are shown in US dollars. For orders delivered in Israel, prices include VAT. Orders shipped outside Israel do not include Israeli VAT. Any import duties or local taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer.
• Every artwork is printed and produced specially for you after your order is placed.
• Payment is made through PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
• An order is binding once you receive an order confirmation by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in the case of an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or if the artwork is no longer available. If we do, you will receive a full refund.
• We may limit the quantity purchased per customer, household, or order.
• If an order appears unusual or high-risk, we may ask you to verify your identity before we process it.

Shipping
Shipping is free throughout Israel, subject to our confirmation of the delivery address. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, such as a nearby pickup point, or cancel the order and give you a full refund. Every artwork is securely packaged. Because each artwork is produced to order, delivery takes up to 21 business days from the order date. If you have not received your order within this time, please contact us.

Cancellations and returns
Cancellations, returns, and damaged deliveries are handled under our Cancellation & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Artworks and images
The artwork images on the Website are for illustration. Colours may look different on different screens, and works in an edition may vary slightly in colour, pattern, or size. You are welcome to contact us before ordering to confirm any detail.

Intellectual property
All artworks, images, texts, and designs on the Website are owned by Ram Cohen and protected by copyright. Buying an artwork gives you ownership of the physical piece only. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, publish, or use the image commercially without prior written permission.

Acceptable use
You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, harm its operation or security, run automated scraping, or submit false information.

Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Indemnification
If you breach these terms or misuse the Website, and this causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to compensate us for the resulting reasonable costs, including legal fees.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa have jurisdiction, without derogating from any right a consumer has under law to file a claim in another competent court.

General
• If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or merger of the business.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
