This policy applies to purchases on ramco-art.com and follows the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010.

Artworks are made to order
Every artwork is printed and produced specially for you after you place your order. Under section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law and the Cancellation Regulations, the statutory right to cancel a distance purchase does not apply to goods made specially for the consumer. For this reason, once production has started an order cannot be cancelled or returned, except in the cases described in section 2 below.
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started yet, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Damaged, defective, or not as described
If an artwork arrives damaged or broken in shipping, is defective, or does not match its description:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and send photos of the artwork and the packaging.
2. We will review the case and reply within 7 business days.
3. At your choice, we will produce and send you a new copy of the artwork, or give you a full refund. We cover all shipping costs in these cases.

Colours and appearance
The artwork images on the Website are for illustration. We make every effort to show colours, textures, and proportions accurately, but your screen may show colours differently. Works in an edition may also differ slightly from one another in colour, pattern, or size. Small differences like these are not considered a defect. You are welcome to contact us before ordering to confirm any detail.
